This policy explains what information this website does and does not collect, and how it is used. This website includes the GLP-1 health screening and plan selection. Appointment scheduling and visit records are handled in our patient portal (CharmHealth), which is governed by its own privacy terms and by our Notice of Privacy Practices.
1. Information provided through the GLP-1 flow
The GLP-1 flow verifies your email and stores your health screening, signature and selected plan on the server. Authorized clinical staff can review submitted screenings. Health answers are not included in URLs or payment metadata. Please do not send medical information by email.
2. No advertising trackers or analytics pixels
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, advertising cookies, session-replay tools or any other third-party tracking technology on this website. We do not sell or share visitor data with advertisers.
3. Technical data processed by our hosting provider
Like any website, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical data required to deliver pages to your browser (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in standard server logs. This data is used only for security and to keep the site running, and is retained for a limited period according to the hosting provider's policy.
4. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own hosting. Essential session cookies support email verification and authenticated GLP-1 and clinical staff pages. Appointment links open the external CharmHealth calendar. Stripe handles payment checkout outside this website.
5. Links to other sites
Appointment links open the CharmHealth scheduling calendar in a new tab. Information you enter in that calendar is handled by CharmHealth under its own privacy terms. The GLP-1 flow uses Supabase for authentication and storage and Stripe for payment checkout; card details are entered with Stripe. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other websites we link to.
6. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to opt out of certain data practices under state privacy laws. For requests about your screening, account, patient portal or medical records, contact the clinic. Please see our Notice of Privacy Practices or contact us below.
