Ezequiel Dishmey, AGACNP, MSN, RD, is an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner whose practice integrates advanced clinical training, medical expertise and comprehensive nutrition science. Before establishing his career in the United States, he served as a licensed Medical Doctor in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where he acquired more than sixteen years of clinical experience across primary care, emergency care and internal medicine.

In primary care, he delivers thorough management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, thyroid disorders and cardiometabolic disease, with an emphasis on preventive health, continuity of care and empowering patients through education and lifestyle guidance. In acute and urgent care, he is skilled in rapid assessment and stabilization of respiratory infections, acute pain, exacerbations of chronic illness, minor injuries and time-sensitive conditions.

As a Registered Dietitian, he incorporates evidence-based nutrition into every plan: medical nutrition therapy, weight-management counseling, cardiometabolic risk reduction and individualized dietary planning. This dual background in medicine and nutrition lets him address both the clinical and lifestyle contributors to health, creating comprehensive, sustainable care plans.
